Hammann ( The following are ideas and suggestions developed by Robert Kozlek in conjunc tion with the employees of the HCN complex: 1. Consider installing a stop light located east and west of the T10's on Main Street. This could be a series of alternating lights that would readily improve visibility during the daylight hours. 2. Change all the blue lights to red to improve visibility in the daylight hours. 3. Another alternative would be a series of lights that would automatically flash when the HCN alarm goes in. 4. Install swinging gates at the major roadways that could be manually put down across the road that would keep people and vehicles out of the area. 5. Change the signs facing into the unit to read "HCN Alarm - Do Not Enter Area When Light is Flashing". The other side of the sign would still read the same which would be "HCN Alarm - Leave Area When Light is Flashing". 6.
