("Medallion") entered into an Administrative Compliance Order on Consent ("AOC"), Docket No. CAA-06-2021-3364, with the United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") to resolve certain alleged violations of the Texas Administrative Code, which had been adopted into the Texas State Implementation Plan. Pursuant to the AOC, Medallion agreed to specific requirements as outlined in paragraph 26 to be completed within 180 days of the AOC Effective Date (i.e., no later than February 27, 2022). EPA has received and reviewed your November 9, 2021, letter, required under AOC paragraph 26, of all work completed under the AOC.
