Millan: No worries! Thanks for trying to get the Administrator here!
Attached is an updated agenda. We have 9: 15 - 10 AM on Friday, Dec 1st as the time slot for the Administrator. On the agenda we have EPA Regional Administrator Jim Gulliford as the "placeholder" per Tate's request to keep things quiet at this point. If possible, we would appreciate the Administrator spending some time with our Statewide Board of Directors (10 people) before or after his comments to the General Assembly.
As I've mentioned to Tate, the event is at the West Des Moines Sheraton. Will Administrator Pruitt and staff require rooms at that hotel or will you be securing accommodations elsewhere?
Please let me know what additional information you require from me.
Thank you, Kevin

Yes, Ed indicated that he would block Jim Gulliford' s schedule for 12/1 with the intention of being in Des Moines for Administrator Pruitt's address to our annual meeting.

Copying Millan on the travel questions. All good and still on. RVO's will be finalized before then. On Oct 20, 2017, at 3:16 PM, Kevin Condon <kcondon@iowarec.org> wrote:
Tate: Will we still be on lock down with the Administrator attending since it would appear that things are "simmering down" on the RFS front?
Also, will the Administrator and traveling entourage need for us to hold hotel rooms for 11/30 at the location of the meeting or will he/they stay off-site?
Let me know if you have time to discuss today or early next week. Thanks much!

I like it. Copying Ed Chu our deputy there who can help make this happen. Ed is awesome and will keep it confidential. On Oct 17, 2017, at 3: 15 PM, Kevin Condon <kcondon@ iowarec.org> wrote:
Tate: Please see logistics information below and attached. You'll note that 9:15 - 10 AM is listed as "TBD".
We were wondering what your thoughts might be on having your office invite newly appointed Region 7 EPA Administrator Jim Gulliford to attend the meeting on Friday to hear Administrator Pruitt's remarks? Perhaps we could use Mr. Gulliford as the "place holder" on the schedule so as not to draw attention to the gap in the agenda?
Please let me know your thoughts. Also, is your team 100% committed or are we still in the 50/50 range of this happening? Just curious!
Thanks, KC
