This rate rial is so voluminous and complex, that I frankly have not had che time to study and digest it in light of our operations. If at all possible, it would be greatly appreciated if you could review these requirements or solicit assistance from the Safety Director's office, and our operations with Mr. Major to ensure that we are taking adequate steps for compliance.
