Thanks for your email. My colleagues and I would certainly like to follow the meeting virtually and very much appreciate you looking into the possibility for online attendance.
In addition, I would very much appreciate the opportunity to attend in person and look forward to hearing by 23/08 if there is space in the room for an extra chair.
Please note that I would also be happy to attend in person without taking the floor to present our case. The opportunity to network with other participants before and after the meeting would be valuable.

Unfortunately we have limited seating capacity and time so we will only be able to give the floor to a limited number of stakeholders that we contacted directly for this Open BCR meeting. However we are looking at the possibility for online attendance, so in case you and your colleagues would like to follow the meeting virtually we can look into this.
In case we are not fully booked it might be possible for you to physically attend the meeting and present your case, however we can only confirm this by 23/08 at the earliest. Our apologies for this tight timing.

Dear BCR stakeholder,
We have received your request for having a discussion on the uPFAS restriction within the BCR framework. For this reason we are organizing a second Ad-Hoc Open BCR discussion on PFAS to give you the opportunity to have some discussion on this subject.
Because of the holiday period we are unfortunately not very flexible for setting a date, the best available date (considering the end of the Public Consultation of the restriction end of September) to organize this meeting would be 06 September 09:30-13:00.
