the occupational diseases hereinafter named, in sn occupation

They shell be appointed by tbe Qorernor, by end with the adrlce end consent of tbe Senate from a list of nominee* to be submitted by the Deane of.the medical depart ments of the University of Maryland and of tbe Joboe Hopbine Uoirenlty, end bp tbe coondl of tbe Medical and Chirurgical Faculty of Maryland, each of these three agencies to submit a Hat of at least three persons, two of wbom ahall be especially experienced in occupational diseases, end one of wbom ahall be an experienced roentgenologist One of said members shall be designated as Cbalrman of tbe Medical Board by tbe Gov ernor. The term of office of a member of aucb Board aball be six (fi) year*, except that tbs first appointments hereunder shall be made ea follows: one for two 12) years, one for four (i) yean, and one for six (6) year*. Vacancies shall be filled for the balance of tbe unexpired terms in the same manner as tbe original appointments ae hereinabove provided. .A me. Jority of tbe Medical Board eball constitute a quorum.
