During the week of Serytember 19th or as soon thereafter as you wish, I vill be glad to accompany you or your representative in arranging for examinations of key people engaged in handling Vitol in Columbus. Since ry last visit vith you, the Standard Oil Company (Ohio) expressed a strong desire to participate in our merchandising effort and" ve granted their request to help in the promotion and sale of Vitol. All three of the participating oil companies in Columbus (The Shell!. Oil Company, The Standard Oil Company (Ohio) and The Pure Oil Company) have agreed to cooperate fully vith you in determining and controlling potential toxicological hazards. Our two Sales Divisions through which the Vitameter is being sold in Columbus have expressed a desire to have their District Managers' cars equipped vith a Vitameter and furnished Vitol for its use. It vould be expedient for us to furnish them the device along with a case of 24- one-quart cans of Vitol. These men are all employees of Thompson Products, Inc. or its subsidiary, Toledo Steel Products but before ve make a shipment of Vitol to them ve vould like your advice on taking that step now.
