Thanks Brian. I will work with API in the morning and see if we can reach closure using the language offered by ExxonMobil. Others - working on an assumption that with these changes we are collectively near alignment, I'll begin the discussion with Harold Feldman but please send me a note or call me if you have further comments on the draft. 713-241-7826. Lets try to get the API note out Tuesday. I had already suggested to API that a face to face meeting would likely be desireable. I'll see about identifying some dates which would work. The other matter we briefly mentioned this Monday morning was providing a heads up notice to Dr Irons. Patsy had suggested a quick note to him including the three notes which would have been faxed to Colorado by then. Other ideas based on past "norms" of contacting him would be useful.
