The term, "Full Protective Equipment", will be: slicker suit, rubber boots, and long-cuffed chemical gloves. The pants legs of the slicker suit are to be over the tops of the rubber boots with the pant legs taped tightly around the ankles. The sleeves of the slicker suit are to be over the cuffs of the long-cuffed chemical gloves with the sleeves taped tightly around the wrist. Face protection will be a protective hood that breathing air may be attached to if needed. The matrix located at our docks will indicate full protective equipment that must be worn when connecting or disconnecting ships, barges, or equipment that could result in contact with phenol.
