I advised Darla that at this time we have no record that this claimant was employed with Sherwin Williams. She said that the hearing scheduled for April 17, 2000 in Lima will most likely be continued anyway. She said there are allegedly four employers and this is a leukemia case where they are alleging that claimant's exposure to varnish, etc. caused his . leukemia. Darla said she will send me the information she has in her file and also talk to the widow claimant to determine whether or not he was ever even employed with Sherwin Williams.
