We are in the process of developing non asbestos formulas and a brief status report follows: 1. Topping * This is the only product that we have in an approved operating bulletin to produce. Future production will be of the non asbestos formula. Current Inventory (Asbestos) 4 gallon cartons------- 19.20 Tor. 5 gallon cans------------18.03 Ton 2. Covertex A non-asbestos test batch has been produced and samples sent to Antioch for testing. After they have reviewed the product, it will either be released for field testing or another test batch will have to be produced. A rough estimate, in terms of being available for sale, will be approximately 5 or 5 weeks. Current Inventory (Asbestos) 27 lb. sacks--------------- 17.55 Ton 50 lb. sacks--------------- 13.73 Ton 3. K-Spray A non-asbestos product has been developed for the Californi a market. At this time we do not know if or when this product will be available for the Northwest. DP Premix We have* been given a formula for non-asbestos and should be making the test batch sometime the week of April 28. We are waiting for a raw material from Florida.
