(e) To cooperate vith the tihlted states Government through its various department* and bureaus and with the respective States and munici palities through their various departments and bureaus for the general benefit of the public and the enhance ment of the industry. (f) To acquire property for the corporate purposes by grant, gift, purchase, devise or bequest, and to hold and to dispose of the same, subject to such limitations as are prescribed by statute. (g) To carry on all or any of its activities and to purchase or acquire, hold and dispose of such property, real, personal and nixed, as nay re requisite for the transaction of its business or the conduct of its affairs, in any of the states, districts, terri tories or possessions of the United ftatos, and in any and all foreign countries, subject to the lavs of such state, district, territory, possession or country. 3.
