June 24, 1966 R. E. Eckardt, M.D. Director Esso Research and Engineering Co. P.0. Box 45 Linden, N. J. 07036 Dear Bob: It was quite impossible for me to attend the meeting in San Francisco, having just returned from Argentina, and having a series of jobs to attend to. I am sorry that this was the case, for I should have liked to talk with you, and also to meet with the "Environmental Health Committee," in accordance with Dr. Keller's invitation, sent to me on June 13th. Perhaps we can meet somewhere later at our mutual convenience. I shall, of course, regard your letter as confidential. As it happens, I plan to go into the Western mountains on my usual summer vacation (fishing, riding and resting), and shortly after my return (in about 2 weeks) my wife and I expect to visit England, Austria and Greece, returning home late in October. After that, we shall return to Cincinnati for a time that depends (so far as my wife is concerned) on the weather. I shall be able to make myself available, in case of need. Sincerely yours, RAK:wp Robert A. Kehoe, M.D
