Please be aware that we have no aquatic toxicity data for MR Solvent that can be used to determine acceptability for offshore uses that involve potential effluent limitations based on toxicity. From what we know, Conoco has tested MR and it did not pass the U.K. test. I don't know if they've run aquatic toxicity tests based on the EPA protocols.
