Please confirm his scheduled arrival time. I had also previously been told that the Secretary would have a brief Q&A after his remarks. Is that his plan? We welcome Assistant Deputy Secretary, Todd Willens, and a seat will be reserved for him. The webcast link is still being finalized and will be posted on the NPC website, npc.org, prior to the meeting. The website is the most reliable place to access the link.
