program is the reason that the Senate environment committee postponed votes on the
administration's nominee for EPA air chief and other agency picks.
And in regulatory news, a group seeking to boost clean energy is criticizing the Trump : EPA's new approach to calculating the climate-related benefits of its Clean Power Plan i that was released alongside a proposal to repeal the rule, charging that the agency ignored key economics principles in a bid to limit such projected benefits.
