At a regular meeting of the Directors of John T. Lewie * Bros. Company, held thia day at their officee in the Wideaer Building, there were present!
J. W. Gardiner, President S. F. Reeves, Vice President A. M. Wilson, Tice President L. T. Beale, Director The meeting was called to order by Hr. J. W. Gardiner, who presided, and Mr* A. H. Wilson reported the minutes of the meeting. On a motion the reading of the minutes of March 26, was dispensed with* On a motion duly made and seconded, Mr. Wilson, as floe President and Acting Secretary of the Company, was authorized to arrange for the necessary Federal permit for the storage of Sodium Chlorate at our factory in Philadelphia. Mr. Beeves presented an application for pension on behalf of Mr. Conrad Amenhauser, to become effective April 1, l?4j>. Mr. Amenhauser reached the age of sixty-five on February 7, 1945* He has been ill and unable to work this year. It was unanimously decided to make the same contribution to the Salvation Army as last year, namely, $200.00. Business conditions in general were discussed. There being no further business, upon motion the meeting adjourned.
