As you know, we must submit written testimony relating to PCB effluent standards by March 15. In order to meet this date I
believe we must adhere to the following schedule.
March 7
All material proposed for Inclusion In testimony be submitted to W. B. Papageorge.
March 8
Assemble first draft. Arrange for reproduction of attachments (litera
ture, etc.).
March 11 it 12
Obtain approvals. Revise as required.
March 13 & 14
Typing, copying, collating, etc. (initially over 50 copies).
March 15, 18, etc.
Mailings to customers, Department of Commerce, etc. (additional 100 copies).
I would appreciate receiving six copies of your contribution promptly. Keep In mind that the final testimony must be sub mitted In affidavit form and cross-examination under oath will occur. Selection of Monsanto witnesses will be made later.
