i VCM PERSONNEL MONITORING PROGRAM I. PURPOSE Compliance with OSHA Regulation. 29 CFR 1910.1017(d). H. ASSIGNMENT OF PRIORITY All facets of this program that are necessary to achieve and maintain compliance with the referenced regulation shall receive priority over competing uses for manpower and equipment which are not essential to compliance with other regulations. If it becomes necessary to choose between, or among, this and other regulations, the Environmental Engineers and OSHA Coordinator shall do so.
