Atlanta, GA 30333 Dear Dr. Cibulas: In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between ATSDR and the CMA Vinyl Chloride Panel, I am writing to inform you of a delay in the initiation of the combined developmental and reproductive testing for vinyl chloride which causes us to request a modification of the study plan. The delay stems from difficulties obtaining a suitable analytical method for characterizing the test material and from transportation safety logistics. These matters have been resolved very recently, and therefore, I anticipate a new initiation date of no later than October 28,1996.
