January 26, 1982, I telephoned Attorney Scharf and learned the employee had pulmonary problems since the early 70's He had no name of treating physicians other than Dr. McFarlin. He is alleging that the exposure to pigeon dung, zinc oxide,-and other chemicals were the cause of the death even though the employee had pulmonary problems. He stated that there was a pigeon problem at the plant but that has been cleared up.
