(a) Represents borrowings under a credit agreement (the "Cigar Credit Agreement") with Chase dated February 23, 1993, which provides for a revolvmg credit facility (the "Revolving Credit Facility") and a working capital facility (the "Working Capital Facility") The Revolvmg Credit Facility and the Working Capital Facility have final maturities on Apnl 3, 1999 The Revolvmg Credit Facility was subject to quarterly commitment reductions of $2 5 million through the end of 1996 The Cigar Credit Agreement was amended on February 3,1997 to reduce the amount of various mterest rate margins charged against outstanding borrowings and waive any further scheduled amortization of the commitment on the Revolvmg Credit Facility.
