Vista will provide the distributor with material safety data sheets or comparable information on Vista products. Distributor agrees to promptly disseminate this information to all purchasers and end-users of those products. Distributor shall apply labels as provided by or directed by Vista on all containers to be sold or distributed as a Vista product. Distributor will employ quality control procedures when repackaging any product to be sold or distributed as a Vista product to assure they have the same identity, quality and purity as at the time of their manufacture.
