It was a pleasure speaking to you and the rest of your team this morning.
The board meeting location on May 17th is the Union League Club, 38 East 37th Street, New York, NY 10016. The room for the meeting is the Mary Murray on the 4th floor. I believe no other event is scheduled on this floor.
You can find a list of M l's board members at https://www.manhattaninstitute.org/board-of-trustees. As mentioned we will send you a list of confirmed attending board members a day or two before the meeting.
Closer to the date can you please provide me with a telephone for the person traveling with Mr. Pruitt the day of the board meeting. The arrival time would be 11:45 am as previously mentioned and lunch will be between 1 2 - 2 pm. Let me know if he has any dietary restrictions.
