I will,however, take further advantage of your willingness to answer to a specific case. The specific case is of a patient who claims his vision has become markedly diminished after having worked about one year as a paint sprayer in a children's furniture factory. His vision now is 20/200 in each eye and he claims that it was normal pre-employment. There are no objective or neuroophthalmological findings. I have requested but have not yet been given his pre-employment eye examination nor the eontentSs of the paint he used in spraying.
