Quick question for you - we are planning a panel for the energy bar association on the CPP and have lined up Tom Lorenzen (Crowell), Dave Doniger (NRDC), Mike Myers (NY AG's office) and we need to fill in a spot from the ERA - we had Ethan Shenkman serve in that role in the past, but he is no longer there. Any chance you or someone you would recommend would be interested in participating?
Would be great to grab lunch with you and Fotouhi - maybe the week after Thanksgiving?
