The Committee approved the recommendation of the Manu
facturing Committee for the disposal of the tug ,lBonnie Ruth" of
the Baroid Division at Leeville, Louisiana, for approximately
$4,000.00 or for salvage whichever yields higher recovery.
The Committee approved the recommendation of the Manu
facturing Committee for the sale of ah 800-ton Clearing Knuckle
Press of the Doehler-Jarvis Division at Grand Rapids, Michigan,
for a price of $22,000.00.
The Committee ratified and approved the investments made
during the week ended October 5, 1964, as set forth in the list
attached to and made a part of these minutes.
