We met with Corley Trust, LLC representatives Jeff Corley, Manager, and Aaron McDaniel, Pumper. The inspection was conducted by the authority of the Clean Water Act (CWA) to determine compliance with Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. There were no other federal, state, or local agency representatives present at the time of the inspection. EPA previously inspected this facility on 10/07/2024. FACILITY DESCRIPTION EPA conducted an inspection on the Corley Trust, LLC - Tatum Tank Battery & Wilson 7 SWD, which consists of three (3) SWD storage tanks, two (2) oil storage tanks, one (1) gun barrel tank and one (1) SWD injection well. Section II - OBSERVATIONS I observed the facility, associated signage, storage tanks, gun barrel, SWD injection well, pump and associated piping, see Appendix 1, Photo No. 1 through No. 5. Section III - AREAS OF CONCERN There were no areas of concern at the time of the inspection.
