Upon comple tion of this report .to the satisfaction of the Technical Committee and the Sales Promotion Committee, the latter committee.will establish the procedure to be follorcd in publicizing this v/orl:. h) Tucker-Dodge Reports.--The information included in the tv/o subject reports is to be used in the preparation of a hand- booh. As a first step in this preparation, the Chairman of the Sales Pronotion Committee vas authorized to set up this informa tion so that it may he uinccgraphcu and initially distributed fer General use. Tills material in this fora is then to be revised aru further edited prior to its'incorporation in a handbook. c) Visual /Ad Displays. During the discussion concerning the placement of our visual aid displays it vas recommended that, since vc no\i hava members in Canada, attention should be directed tovard the placement of displays in that country. First, the .;oric covering studies of temperature Units for asbestos textiles shall be given priority over all other t:ork er.d should be completed as quickly as possible. Also to be included as a part of this vork to be completed as quickly as possible is the heat aging test as related to YTcsbinghousc and certain Federal Specifications. Secondly, further consideration by the Feller: rel*ted to aluminum clad asbestos textiles shall cease until the Sales Promotion Coar.ittec and other members have had an opportunity to investigate and evaluate the importance of this development. In addition, he briefly reviewed the spinnablc fiber situation which prevails today in Canada. lie indicated that in spite of the great increase in total :inage of asbestos produced in Canadathe imcdir.te prospects of increases in spinning fiber arc not very bright. Ilr. Bindcr.n, in closing his reaarks, expressed his company's pleasure upon nov; being associ ated uith the Institute and offered full cooperation in the continuation and extension of the cany projects in v.hich the Institute is no-.: engaged. ilr.
