Art's comnents are attached and I heartily endorse them. I recommend that MCIA seriously consider his comments because they are at the heart of what we want to accomplish with this White Paper. In addition I offer the following comments on the Executive Summary: Second paragraph, last sentence. Remove the word safer as It may have the wrong connotation In today's climate. Instead use nonflammable or no modifier. Nonflammable Is the sense of safety that Is being used. Fourth paragraph,third sentence. Insert worker after higher and before exposure. Delete phrase or possibly to nearby neighbors In case of accidental release. This phrase In an executive summary overemphasizes a very unlikely event. Because of these changes.
