Box 10385 Jackson, MS 39204 Dear Mr. Banks: In accordance with Section 61.67 (b) of the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants, this letter verifies notice that a VCM emissions test will begin at our PVC plant on September 1, 1982. This emissions test will be conducted on the spare inert vent incinerator, which was started up on July 13, 1982. The test will demonstrate compli ance with Section 61.65 (b)(5). EPA Method 106 will be used to obtain the samples from the incinerator exhaust. Within 30 days after completion of the emission test, we will submit the emission test results to you in accordance with Section 61.67 (e).
