Your letter concerns me in one regard-- the re ference to an element of carelessness beginning to creep into the operations of the overseas groups. Of course I intend to follow up with our overseas people to try to insure that nothing of this sort goes uncorrected, but before communicating with them, I would appreciate it if you would let me know if you have any specific problems in mind.
