Please note that this does not reflect on the merits of the issue. To the contrary, the Department of the Interior is continuing to work with our sister federal agencies, the Western Governors' Association, and other key partners to address invasive species generally, and invasive mussels in particular. We anticipate announcements soon regarding a series of near- and long-term activities in this regard.
