Stal These are the minutes of the April 18, 1984 SHAC Committee meeting. 1984 Annual Inspection Agreement has been reached that Chocolate Bayou personnel will be used to inspect the Texas City plant. E. P. Bailey will recommend to the PMSB that the inspection date be moved forward one week to September 17 to minimize conflict with the methanol-acetic acid shutdown which is scheduled to begin September 22. Quarterly Inspection The first quarter inspection is complete. The winners are: Dept. 513, Carpenters, Research I, and the Cafeteria. The detailed results of the inspection will be sent to each superintendent by the 27th of April. Responses from them will be expected by May 15. The inspection ratings for each group will be published in the plant newsletter. A critique of the 1st quarter inspection will be held at the next SHAC meeting. All SHAC members should bring their notes and a copy of their inspection schedule. Emergency Procedure Drill The evaluation of the Emergency Procedure Drill is nearly complete. R. T. Hammann will have it completed and ready to review with G. L. Tromblee by the 1st of May. Five Minute Escape Masks G. L. Tromblee has requested that SHAC investigate the 5 minute escape mask problem.
