Thanks so much for agreeing to speak at the Energy Bar Assoc. (EBA) conference on October 17 (A New Sheriff in Town). EBA is really very grateful for your tim e. W e have a great panel, and it's perfectly timed.

W e'd like to set up a quick organizational call w ithin the next several days. Though you should have all of the logistical inform ation you need from EBA Executive Director Lisa Levine, it w ould be good to have a chance to discuss the form at for the panel and exchange a few thoughts on the scope o f the discussion. I'd like to impose on each o f you to spend perhaps a m inute or tw o on the call outlining your thoughts. One late-breaking topic I w ould invite you to address is DOE's baseload generation NOPR (FERC Docket No. RM18-1). Though it is not an environm ental regulation, strictly speaking, it does im pact the same set or resources of concern to the EBA m em bership, and it w ould have an environm ental impact.
