Kuhn, Houston September 30, 1976 Interpretation of the EPA VCM Standard * T1 \A I contacted Bob Laundrie, chairman of the technical panel that visited the Washington EPA enforcement office on September 29 to open discussions with them concerning interpretation of the standard. My objective was to obtain an invitation for the subsequent meetings and I think I was suc cessful. During the discussion he asked me to give him all the questions Conoco would like to propose to EPA to be assembled with others for the next session. Some of these 1 already know, but you may have others as you think about complying with the standard. Please send them to me and I will try to get them answered by EPA through this activity. Laundrie indicated that very technical questions could also be sent to Research Triangle Park for their interpretation.
