DIRECTORS MEETING New York, N. Y. February 36, 1930. A meeting of the Board, of Directors was held, at the Pennsylvania Hotel, New York City, on Wednesday, February 26, at 2:45 P. M. Present: Representing: Hamilton M. Brush Edward J. Cornish J. A. McCarthy F. W. Bradley I. H. Cornell R. M. Roosevelt R. M. Evans Julius Loeb American Smelting & Refining Co. National Lead Co. United Metals Selling Co. Bunker Hill & Sullivan Mining & Concentrating Co. St. Joseph Lead Co. The Eagle-Picher Lead Co. Evans-Wallower Lead Co. American Metal Co. Ltd. F. E. Wormser, Secretary. The Vice President, Hamilton M. Brush, occupied the chair. The minutes of the previous meeting were approved. The Chairman stated that it was in order to elect officers for the ensuing year. Moved and seconded that the Secretary cast one ballot for the outgoing officers, who, being eligible, N 568 -w- offer themselves for reelect ion. Motion carried.
