HINES: 6 Q Doctor, we are looking at another document. 7 If you could just tell us, what is this 8 document? 9 A This is the first page of a three-page 10 discharge summary dictated on May 1st, 1990 for the 11 admission from April 25th through May 1st, 1990. 12 The three highlighted areas say that the 13 procedure that he was given in the hospital, and that 14 was pain control. 15 His diagnoses, his main diagnosis was 16 uncontrolled pain and the discharged medications 17 including two pain medications, MS Contin and MSIR and 18 two medications used to reverse side effects of the 19 pain medications, Peri-Colace and Lactulose and then, 20 a fifth drug, Lasix, which is a diuretic which is 21 being used to treat his fluid retention as a
