Just as a reminder, the session is on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 from 10:30 -11:30 a.m. Ken Zarker requested information on who else is speaking. Now that all the names for the panel are set, I thought all of you may like to know who else will be participating. I am copying all 3 of you, in case you would like to contact any of the others. Moderator: Dave Klemp, Chief of the Montana Air Quality Bureau in the Department of Environmental Quality and also NACAA Co-President Speakers: Aaron Ringel, Deputy Associate Administrator in the EPA Office of Congressional and Intergovernmental Relations. We've asked him to spend about 20 minutes speaking about what EPA means when it talks about "cooperative federalism" and how the agency plans to implement this vision.
