Arie Verm eulen covered exposure lim its to C-8 and 0 9 at DW. He reviewed occupational health programs designed to reduce exposure at DW,, Details are in the chart and those attached on page A-6. There w ere high personal exposure levels,
particularly to C-9, in 1995. The w orst exposure points were the wax separators and the 0 9 injection tank. These were corrected by several factors with the most important

Roger Zipfel presented charts on C-8 em issions from W ashington W orks assum ing (1) replacem ent o f surfactant in FE P, PFA , and dispersion and (2) no replacement. He also reported the assum ptions behind each case. He pointed out that we need to understand fugitive em issions of C-8 and their im pact on total em issions.
