Because Dyneon LLC is a joint venture of 3M and Hoechst, we have relied on the help of many 3M service and support organizations over the two and a half years since our formation. Among these services has been reliance on the 3M Specialty Materials Division for our Responsible Care related efforts. Mr. Duane Sanderson of 3M has been our Responsible Care Coordinator. Effective January 1, 1999 Dyneon organized our Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety functions into one worldwide system, under my leadership.
