Docket No. L-2 0 509-- 86 Dear Counsel: At the matter made : case management conference held relative to the above captioned on Tuesday, February 17, 1987, the following determinations were 1. The defendants efforts to pursue information concerning the decedent's cause of death have been held up because of a dispute concerning the form of the medical authorizations. That matter was before Judge Rumana on motion and the parties will pursue the procurement of such medical authorizations in accordance with the order that is about to be entered by Judge Rumana relative to same. It is this court's understanding that the order will require specific identification to whom the medical authori zation is directed. N/ C* Ch 2. Plaintiff is granted leave to serve interrogatories within thirty (30) days from the date hereof upon those defendants that have admitted supplying a V.C.M. to Pantesote. If any party objects to the form of the interrogatory so propounded, such objection shall be noted in a form of a notice of motion to strike such interrogatories, same to be made expeditiously upon the receipt of said interrogatories. Defendants will be given sixty (60) days to answer said interrogatories. 3. Any defendant may serve interrogatories on any co-defendant within thirty (30) days from the date hereof with such interrogatories being limited to the area of supply and distribution of V.C.M. and the objection to the inter rogatories thus propounded is to be set forth by notice of motion to strike such interrogatories, same to be filed expeditiously upon receipt of said interrogatories. Said deposition to be limited to the issue of supply. 5. Any defendant wishing to file a cross claim against any one or more defendant shall be granted leave to do so within the next thirty (30) days. Any such cross claim filed will be deemed denied without the necessity of filing an answering pleading to same. 6. The topic of filing summary judgment motions will be dis cussed at the next case management conference. Between now and the next case management conference all parties are precluded from filing summary judgment motions.
