Qualifications of Candidates Education - M.D. with 3-year residency training in medicine with some surgery, either as an intern or as part of this experience. Experience - At least two years in general practice or industrial plant experience. Personal Characteristics - Must have high medical ethics and be able to get along with management, workers and a very militant union. Must make a pleasing appearance and be . able to get along with his peers in the medical community. Other - On call 2k hours a day. Starting Salary $18,000 - $20,000 range.
