Dear Thomas Coronado, I am writing to inform you that the Compliance Assurance and Enforcement Division of Region 6, United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") inspection of the CIRCON Environmental /Intergulf Corporation Facility on November 17, 2023, included a visit to your facility at 10020 Bayport Blvd., Pasadena, Texas, evaluating the potential for Resource Conservation and Recovery Act ("RCRA") violations. Based on the November 2023 inspections, EPA has determined no further action is required.
