Ross We recently received notification from the Finance Department that Ethyl Corporation has been making semi-monthly payments for a number of years to Mr. C. K. Ross. The Finance Department's approval for these payments is dated over two years ago, and they have requested the Industrial Relations Department to determine whether payments should be continued as heretofore. Examination of the files in the New York Office reveals that Mr. Ross is living at 3057 Sellars Road, Dayton 9 , Ohio, and that the employee originally became ill in 192k while working for General Motors Chemical Company. Insofar as we can determine, Mr. Ross was last examined by you in 1931, although our records on this point may not be complete. Incidentally, the Payroll Section's files contain certain of your records on this case which I understand you are to pick up some time when you are in New York. In view of the Finance Department's request for an investigation of this case, we would greatly appreciate receiving your comments on Mr. Ross' present physical condition. WAC :bw
