Mr. Cason - My name is Dean Gordon and I am sending this correspondence to you
on behalf of the West Bank Home Owners Association. I want to confirm that you
have received the above attached letter send to The Honorable Kamala Harris
dated October 13, 2017 that you were copied on. Also attached above is my e-mail
thread to The Honorable Secretary Zinke's Office dated October 18, 2017.
Additionally it is my understanding Roger French President of the West
Bank Homeowners Association has also sent you a letter along
with accompany documentation. Per my e-mail thread below dated October 24,
2017 to Leila Getto I briefly outline some of the actions taken by CRIT " Colorado
River Agency" over the past several years. As you can imagine the hostilities within
the disputed area are at an all time high and quite frankly I am concerned someone
is going to get severely hurt and or if not killed. Many of the residences in the
disputed area are elderly, some with health problems and on a fixed income. Mr.
Cason my plea to you this afternoon is that you help assist the DOI in issuing an
immediate injunction/stay preventing CRIT "Colorado River Agency" from entering
the disputed area until this conflict can be resolved. If you have any questions and

HI Leila - I have attached above for your review a letter addressed to
The Honorable Kamala Harris dated October 13, 2017 from the West Bank
Homeowners Association. As you can see Jim Cason, Associate Deputy Secretary
with the DOI was also copied in that October 13, 2017 corospondence to Senator
Harris. Additionally attached above is the October 18, 2017 e-mail request to the
DOI scheduling department requesting a meeting with Secretary Zinke along with a
request for the assistance of the DOI in issuing an immediate injunction/stay
preventing CRIT "Colorado River Agency" from entering the "Disputed Area" until
this conflict can be resolved. I do not know if you are aware but CRIT has entered
the disputed area countless times over the past several years and stolen the
personal property of the residences within the disputed area, burned down their
homes and had both the CRIT Tribal Police and CRIT Administrative Office harass
the residences within the disputed area most of which are elderly.
