The analytical results on the urine and blood are in agreement in indicating that this1man has not been subjected to hygienically significant exposure to lead recently. It is probable, from the very slight elevation of the concentration above mean normal levels, that he has had some slight occupational exposure.

Has been working is departments where lead exposure could be fairly high since July 1942. Has fell poorly for several months, most noticeab in the last v.-eek or so. Complains of anorexia and lassitude. Denies neurologic symptomotology, abdominal pains of any sort, constipation. Neither he hor his family or friends has noticed any pallor.
Physical
Weight loss of about 5 lbs. in the last month. Weight had
been stable for the past year at least.

' Monthly stipple counts have shown no stipple cells. Monthly hemoglobin determinations have shown a Hgb. remaining abound
