I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but thats life! Attached is a part of the lab report on your last sample. Its technically OK, but some observations have been made that it isnt as good as what we are using. Specifically, tensile is slightly lower because the production material usually checks over 2000 lbs tensile, and because the volatile loss is at the maximum. Of these, 1 believe the volatile loss is the main thing to improve. Our present compound usually checks around .2 to .3 and you are at the max. Additionally, there is some indication we may change the design soon, so I didnt want to spend $10,000 on a new cutting die and then have it go out of production. So I am waiting for a clearer indication of future plans, but thought that, if you are willing, we could get the compound question out of the way because it probably affects your cost and quotation.
