A Review of Commercial Developments '

Dr. Radtke reviewed the progress of the Zn 75 (ZM-151) and indicate
that the car had been extremely well received in North America.
Dr. Radtke also reviewed a proposed change to the allocation formal
for dues. Such changes, if subsequently approved by the ILZRO Board of
Directors would lead to expanded ILZRO membership among non-integrated mining
and custom smelting companies.

1970 Meeting of the Lead Program Reviev Committee
Mr. S. Smart announced that the 1970 ILZRO Annual Meeting and the 1970 Program Review Committee meetings will be held somewhere on the North American Continent. The exact time and place to be announced at a later time. In making this announcement Mr. Smart thanked the ILZRO members from Japan who had- extended an invitation to hold the 1970 meetings in Tokyo.

The attached statement is for the first quarter of 1966. The amounts billed for "Industry Development" are the actual amount for these purposes based on 1965 sales of pig lead in the United States, figures for which have already been filed with us.
The membership subscription reflects an increase of 15 per cent to be used for the Special Health & Safety Public Relations Program approved by the Board of Directors. These figures will be adjusted at a later date when your 1965 tonnages for lead mined, smelted and refined, and consumed in manufacture are made available to us. Minimum subscriptions of $200 for regular members and $1,000 for foreign producers are also subject to the 15 per cent special subscription.
