Gentlemen, Thank you for your participation and contribution at today's workshop, I wish you find it useful and interesting as I do. Below is a quick summary of the actions for all of us:
1. In view of contributing to the upcoming China Strategy Review, which will be presented to CMO on 19/20 of July and Conference in early September:
1 or 112 page project/business plan description as input to the Country Review cover note (Action Party: All)
1 Slide to summarise your project/business plan (Action Party: All) Financial Input format (Action Party: Henry W to send to all to fill in financial
data of your project/business plan)
Deadline: for sending all the above to Shell China (Henry Wang) and 10 is April 1, 2004.
2. To promote information sharing and keep this network informed: Xiaowei to send out the presentations of the workshop by COB March 10; Henry to include the workshop participants on his monthly country summary
distribution list; Nick (copied on this e-mail) includde the workshop participants on his
distribution list of OGP and other relevant Chinese Industry e-magazines/briefings (Nick - Henry and I porpose this as a means to keep the network informed, appreciate your help here - particpants are mostly representatives with new business entry plans to China); To share learning and relevant information and link other people in Shell who have a business interest in China to this network (Action Party: All)
